Love this place!!!
October 20, 2021We were new to the area and stumbled on this place due to its great location. What sold me though was the staff, particularly Jenifer. She was so amazing and informative. She took us on a tour of the grounds and showed us different floor plans so that we could choose what worked best for us. Jen was so helpful in the move process and made the application process very painless . She answered all of our questions and continues to do so!! Canterbury is above 1st rate & is topnotch
January 14, 2020I have lived so happily in Canterbury Circle for 15 months. The apartments are elegant and beautiful with wood-inspired floors, Granite countertops (not just in the kitchen but in all the bathrooms), stainless appliances, cabinets my friends envy, huge kitchen island (people could sleep on it!), washer & dryers in each apartment, huge closets, high ceilings, and baseboards. I love the 2000 square foot work-out fitness center with a great room that toddlers and older children love complete with ...toys and a large TV. Plus when you work out there are cameras in the kids room so you can watch your off-spring every minute. And Canterbury loves pets who not only love their home here, but the complex put in a great dog park for residents and their pups to mingle, with an agility course (who does that!). Canterbury is a gated community - but guess what, unlike many who say that, the gate here is actually closed and locked. The huge pool has a walk-in entrance I really like, and squirty fountains on the edges that crack me up. They run 24-hours a day and look beautiful at night. There is a really nice playground next to the pool. And splash pads, uber professional ones the kids (and I) love. Oh and the 24/7 package lockers (I call them vaults) are great every day, and especially when I am on vacation. Garages are available but my parking area is just steps from my apartment so I don't use them. BUT I left the best for last. The maintenance staff headed up by Scott with Junior and Josh. The seem to have every professional skill, plumber, electrician, painter, mechanic, HVAC smart. I have not actually had much of anything go wrong with my apartment as they are almost new, but they help with anything, anytime. They even ASK me, as they see me driving or walking by, if I need anything! What other apartment handyman does that! I just go to our portal, post in a second or two anything I am needing and BOOM, next morning or day they are at my door. Sometimes way sooner. Friendly, personable like the front office staff, these guys make these classy comfortable apartment so paramount. Oh I forgot, they change all the ceiling light bulbs too, which I do not actually know 1st hand because none of my lightbulbs (there are a ton of great light) have every gone out!Property Manager Responded
