Please do not move in. We currently live here and they do not do a lot of the things they say or advertise. People are here for less then a month and move out almost as soon as they move in. Maintenance will come in with someone who is under 18 and no one else in the house. They hardly fix anything and break more than they fix. Cops will also not respond to calls, so don't bother calling them they will say "You have to contact Management." The apartment manager never responds to calls and ...
selectively chooses who she likes. if you happen to be on her bad side she will give you a violation. This place is also not pet friendly! If you have a Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Bulldogs, Rottweiler, Chow, Dobermans, Akitas, German shepherd, Mastiff and any other breeds similar to them. They are not allowed on the grounds at all, (Also any mixes of said breeds.) You also can't have Rabbits, Snakes, Reptiles, Arachnids, ferrets, or fish tanks over 40 gallons (Combined.) Maintenance and/or whoever they choose can come into your house when you are not home. Can you imagine if you were in the shower or tub when a stranger walks in like they live there? This place has tons of Pit bulls and other mixes that are not permitted, but you will get a violation for a ferret or a fish tank over 40 gallons. The manager picks who can slide and picks who cannot.

These apartments first and foremost are very nice apartments. Physically. Although they are nice, I would not suggest anyone live here. My husband and i have been here a year in October and we have had four different property managers. There is suspected drug activity in these apartments and there is a police officer that drives through the complex every day. The rules are also very inconvenient here. My son is not allowed to have toys on our balcony or we get a lease violation. My son is 3 and ...
enjoys being outside. When you put a work order in for something to be done in your apartment it takes anywhere from a week to several months. It took us 4 months for them to fix a leak in my bathroom. They also do inspections every month which is time consuming and if you are like me and need to be in your home while someone else is in it, you have to wait most of the day they say they are coming. Most of the time they don't even come. I would not recommend this place to very many people and my family and i will be leaving soon and not looking back.
