Listen if you’re thinking of moving here DONT BECAUSE they have a big roach and mice problem I’ve been here for maybe 4 months and have caught about 30 mice and it’s now November and they are still coming.

I’be been living here for almost a year and unfortunately this is the worst property I’ve lived. First, the apts needs updating because there’s no dish washers and the carpet needs to be converted to tile. Secondly, the walls are paper thin. I can literally hear my neighbors taking showers. Lastly, the roaches come out occasionally. On the other hand, I must say that the outside property is well maintained.

This apartment is infested with roaches. Even when pest control comes its impossible to get rid of them because the whole building is the problem. Prem the office manager acts clueless when you talk to her about the problem even though she lives on site. When I left a year ago rats started to become a problem. One of the neighbors told us the rat bit her baby.
