not worth the time
January 17, 2023On two separate occasions I’ve attempted to tour these apartments. The first time I was told they didn’t have me down for an appointment, the second time I arrived at 4:30 for my tour which I had made a couple hours prior. I called the office numerous times and knocked on the door and received no answer. After 15 minutes I called again and finally got ahold of someone who told me the office closed due to a family emergency. I was understanding about the fact that an emergency came up but when I ...asked to reschedule was told they have no units to show me. I was no informed of that when I made the tour. Great place to live
February 5, 2021My husband & I have been living here for almost three years now and we love it! The location is PERFECT, only ten minutes from my work and close to everything you can think of (Walmart, restaurants, Kroger, parks...). We live in one of the apartments wayyyy in the back and we love how quiet it is. We rarely ever hear our neighbors. The only time you can hear anything is when you're standing in the hallway, but once inside your apartments it's pretty quiet. Never had any issues with neighbors. Our ...stove stopped working and they replaced the whole thing with an upgraded stove that we LOVE! July 19, 2017You're lucky to get a hold of anyone in the office to respond. Maintenance doesn't do their job and when they do it's only half way. Pool isn't open; on occasion (one of the reasons I chose to move here) and there are no postings stating reasons for the pool being closed. Don't pick an apartment in the lower basement level, as I have witnessed on too many occasions a horrible sewer smell, carpet wet, and nothing being done to take of matters in a reasonable amount of time (not healthy and ...sanitary). Residents are careless and kids run around constantly with no parent supervision. The only supervision is law enforcement driving around to keep look out for any wreckless behavior. Rent is expensive (when not section 8), but more reasonable than other properties to rent from. However, I guess you get what you pay for! I wouldn't even rank this a one star. Worst Experience
June 4, 2014If I could give this a worse rating I would. The only plus is the staff is very friendly and the actual apartments are nice places. Other than that, I would recommend this place to absolutely no one. The walls are extremely thin (and thats putting it nicely) you can here everyone's business. The other tenets.... well. Trash. To be frank. We were woken up on a weekly occurrence from someone yelling or fighting outside. Getting them to remove snow or ice in the winter.. Good Luck. I would say ...please don't live there.
