December 9, 2025I’ve only lived here about a month but the move in process was very easy. I was able to do majority of my paperwork online which was convenient. If we missed anything, the Canterra team would email for any remaining paperwork and I could send it in via email vs multiple trips to the leasing office. Joy specifically, was amazing to work with. She was very welcoming, accommodating and made me feel very comfortable asking questions, even if they were silly. Any move in issues I found with my ...apartment were rectified the day I submitted the concern. The grounds are very well maintained and as a single female, I feel safe walking to the dumpster at night to dump my trash or walk to my apartment if I get home a little later. The parking areas are well lit and for the most part, the area is very quiet. I’m excited to live here and hope the great experience continues!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 7, 2025I just moved here from Florida. My transition was pretty smooth. Joy took care of us and tailored our move based on our needs and availability! “Easy Button” For Our Interstate Move
August 5, 2025Moving from Arizona to California as a single mom is a lot of work. The front office staff at Canterra, especially Joy, made finding a new home for my family easy and stress-free. From finding information online to touring the property to the amazing communication, the whole experience was a 10 out of 10.
