Canterra is a great place to live. The people are friendly, the staff is wonderful and very helpful! The apartments are very quiet, I never hear my neighbors.

Canterra is a quiet, secured and nice place to live where management try to keep it at acceptable level but over priced , trash management is not realy good and vacates ooner than lease term policy is awful.

I absolutely love this apartment community, everyone here has been incredibly nice. When I signed my lease, I was still in Texas and wasn’t able to visit in person. Because of that, I was a little nervous about renting here since I had no idea what the actual community or the apartment floor plan would be like. But after moving in, I realized I made the right decision. I truly love living here. The only issue I had when I first moved in was that Buildings 16 and 17 are quite close together, and ...
there are a lot of outdoor AC units between them. The noise and vibration were pretty significant. After observing it for a while, I realized that one of the older AC units probably was the main source of the vibration. I submitted an online maintenance request asking if it would be possible to replace that unit. To my surprise, in less than a week, the maintenance team actually replaced it with a brand-new one! The noise and low-frequency vibration have improved dramatically. I’m truly, truly grateful for how quickly they responded and took care of the issue. Thank you so much!
