This is a great place to live!
July 14, 2021This is a very quiet and beautiful place to live. The property is very well maintained. I recently had a small maintenance issue that needed to be taken care of. I called the office and talked to a sweet, young lady named Jennifer, who made sure my issue was taken care of promptly and to my satisfaction. It is very reassuring know that the management cares about making sure their tenants needs are addressed.Review from Apartments.com
Do NOT move here
February 21, 2018No one addresses complaints, neighbors are extremely rude and loud all the time, and the BIG one!- people smoke in their apartment which you can smell in yours. They still won’t do anything about that either to worried about decorating their clubhouse.Review from Apartments.com

June 9, 2017Ive lived here 2 years and had 3 different management companies. The last told me my move out was ok on May 31st then evicted me on the 24th and threw $4000 of my stuff in the trash. Nothing fancy

More research next time
October 9, 2015This place is nice as far as space is concerned. But there's nothing but section 8 people living here and it really brings the morale and the ambiance of the place down. Teenagers that walk out in the middle of the street, loud unruly kids, and poor maintenance are what make up this place. I am a current resident, and cannot wait to move. It was the least expensive place located in Canton that looked somewhat decent but since we moved in, we see that was deception. Lack of lighting
July 29, 2015The community is a little loud. The apartments lack lighting fixtures in the living room and bedrooms. I have to use floor lamps in those areas. The apartments are small. Not a good value for the price.Review from Apartments.com
