There are rats, roaches, my car was stolen, homeless people hanging out, crack heads running around, my neighbors smoke weed and drink beer all day and night right outside, people do burn outs in the parking lot at all hours of the night, there is always loud music playing, no responds when I have emergency situations, it takes over a week for my emails to be responded to if they are even responded to. I can't wait to leave. I lived in this ...apartment complex for 8 years. I had 0 issues. I left for one year and then returned, this time around has been a terrible experience. My only issue is that management gave me a lease violation 2 months into my lease because they thought I had another adult living there when I didn’t. June 25, 2020I lived at Canvas for a year and a half and had a great experience. The price is right and the location is great. The property changed management recently and the new property manager is outstanding. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The buildings have just been repainted and the property is getting a full makeover. There's plenty of parking and I never had any security issues at all. March 13, 2020Do not move here, my car was stolen, other cars has been broken into. This property always has some type of problems. There's bugs, you will go weeks or days without water or hot water. I would not even give this place a star. Think of the worst place to rent, that's here. When you go to the office and tell them what is happening, there will tell you there will send someone out, guess what no-one does. I’m warning you... DO NOT LIVE HERE
October 7, 2019For the sake of your sanity and financial stability, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! Seriously, I wish I could stand outside of the leasing office and warn everyone that tries to sign a lease. First, my car has been broken into THREE times since I’ve lived here (I’ve been here for 2 months). Hundreds of dollars worth of things have been stolen out of my car. Secondly, the apartments towing company TOWED my uhaul as I was moving stuff into my apartment. When I called the apartment to see if they could do ...something about it, they said I should have “parked the uhaul in the visitor parking” which is across the lot. Why on earth would I carry my things across the lot when I have parking right in front of my apartment So don’t even think about brining a uhaul to move in, bc they will tow it and be so rude when you question them about why they towed it. There are bugs all over the apartment, the bathroom turns yellow when you try to clean it, and the staff is so incredibly rude when you come to them with your concerns. Almost been a full year!
July 31, 2018So as mentioned... its almost been a full year. Its a little further south then I would prefer. But honestly for cost and style its worth a slightly longer drive. Love my roomy apartment... love my newly remodeled kitchen with a deep farm house style sink. The staff is very helpful... and communicates well. Any issue I've ever had they have been quick to fix or replace. They really do go above and beyond here I would highly recommend this apartment to friends!Review from Apartments.com
