If I could give this management company a zero I would. My mother lives in this supposed “luxury community” and I am appalled at what’s happening there. There are dogs defecating IN THE HALLWAYS and their owners are NOT PICKING IT UP. The management company is not taking action. Not only is this vile, but it’s a health hazard. I’m so disgusted and feel so sorry for my mother and her friends, all 55+ who pay thousands and thousands to live here. I am hoping this review is an impetus for some ...

Everything has been good!I am currently ok living here, it not my forever home. There has been changes that are hit and miss. Rent is off the wall and very disappointing how they can raise it at a certain percentage each year.....just horrible!! Their kindmess, friendliness and sense of care about this home surpasses any other place that I've lived. I enjoy our get-togethers, holda celebrations and just anytime gatherings. We have lived here for 1 month. Our apartment is great and so is everything else. The pool, hot tub, social events, card games, crafts, educational seminars and entertainment and residents are all wonderful!! Brian helped us find the perfect apartment, Rebecca helped us with our move in, Mike and John have taken care of any maintenance issues and Diana has helped to provide wonderful events for us to enjoy.
