Awesome Community
October 6, 2015We've been living here since 2010. Mgmt is always pleasant and are always making sure our needs our met. Maintenance are always done as soon as you call....and I rarely call for any repairs. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.Review from Apartments.com
Disappointing
October 5, 2015I'm being very fair with this review, I could write all kinds of vitriol about the folks who run this place. First off, they moved us into an apartment infested with cockroaches yet denied ever knowing about it. We soon found out that the dishwasher was INFESTED with them. Yet they insisted that there wasn't an issue and even going as far as to talk down to my significant other. Second, rats, we have had an .... issue with rats to say at the least. When the construction workers built the complex ...they forgot cover all the holes they left when putting in the cabinets. So because of this all the diseased critters have free reign to come and go as they please throughout the apartments. THIRD More of a personal comfort complaint, but the washer/dryer combo is older than the first Gulf War...probably installed around Pres. Reagan's term in office. Anyways, I implore young buyers and those on a budget to stay away from this complex. It's nothing but a nightmare. You'll have better luck elsewhere. Goodluck!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Life in a 2 bedroom apartment
September 9, 2015My kids and I have lived here for over 3 years. Maintenance does a good job keeping up things. Pool is clean, lawn is well maintained. There is a designated area to dump your furniture and they will dispose of to keep it out of trash bins. As with all apartments in this valley, parking is hard to come by on the streets. My recommendation is get a much sought after apartment like mine, 2 bed, 2 bath, downstairs with attached 2 car garage. No carrying stuff upstairs, or around to your apartment. ...I didn't rate them higher than a 3 because for the price rates are headed too they should be giving you updated kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances, and update the flooring and bathrooms to tile for a new and modern look, with neutral paint of course. And the staff needs to be more aggressive in dealing with problem tenants who disturb others all the time. August 3, 2015the assistant manager, Cieon and Choya are great to work with. they will work with you to get into an apartment. I never meet a sweeter people at an apartment complex, and remember you and your family by name. Our, my mom and I, neighbor's are sweet and are kind makes living at canyon country villa more special. Canyon Country Villa is clean.
