We've had cockroaches for over a year. They have done nothing to fix the issue. I don't like the managment because they seem to think this a new issues everytime we bring it up to them.

Office staff is horrible

I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to live here this place is absolutely horrible. The staff in the office is unprofessional once you move in. You call to have them fix something in one of these rinky dink apartments and they say there is nothing wrong. Takes multiple calls for something to get resolved. They hoard your packages in the office with no notice that they are there and when I go to pick it up at 5:20 they want to say that they are closed when the door is wide open and there's clear signs ...
everywhere stating that they are opened til 6. I'm still confused on why she wasn't able to politely pass me my package which is something very important that I was waiting on but this will be one of many statements that I will be writing about this horrible horrible place

Me and my roommate moved into the apartments back in February 15. We were there less than 3 months when it flooded they moved us into a different one and paid for movers. Only thing I don't like is office people keep changing

I lived here a year ago, and before we moved in, we inspected the apartment and there was a lot of things that they did not fix correctly, the drawers in the kitchen was falling apart, the master bed door looked like it had a hole in it and they just painted over it, the showers had holes in them, shower head was lopsided, no plug in the tub, and whenever it rained, it would leak badly and it took the maintenance months to come and fix the leak, the AC was always going out and couldn't keep my ...
kids there cause it would get really hot in the building and all the maintenance did was put more cooling into the AC but that never worked it would only last less than a month, and when it came time for us to move out, our lease wasn't up yet and we weren't done cleaning and moving things out and when we went back, they changed the locks on our door so we couldn't get in to get our stuff, so I would recommend not to rent this place cause what they did to us was illegal.

Quiet and beautiful

Moved here to Tucson, and we were so lucky that the second apartnents we applied for were the right choice. I'm always so worried about living somewhere where there is loud noise, crime, bugs , and poor management. Not here! The complex grounds is well kept, pools are maintained and cleaned daily. It's quiet, peaceful, and great neighbors. If there is an issue with noise, the management takes care of it right away by politely telling the noisemakers to keep the noise down. the way. Maintenance arrives quickly if there is something that needs to be fixed. About my apartment: I live in a spacious two bedroom apt that is and the carpet is brand new. I never have a problem with any bugs..I've been here for 8 months now and have never seen any. The apartments are sprayed for bugs regularly. Management is friendly and quick to respond to any problems or issues. I recommend living here, and have referred many here. The neighborhood here is safe, and close to two grocery stores. If you move here, you made the right choice!
