GMA/the office is very sneaky and will add a balance when you move out and not tell you until you try to get another apartment.

Stay Clear of this complex

Ever since GVA Properties took over everything has gone down hill. Each complex only has one meter for each complex, the water bill was divided up by occupancy. Single person would be less than apartments with 2 or more people living there. Average singles water bill use to be around $30 a month now it is around $58 and some random tenants get a much higher bill over $100. No explanations, won't resolve the issue. Some people are being over charged monthly on extra charge for water/sewage ...
and pest control. Other charges as well you have to pay they will not accept what they call partial payment. We can not get any answers nor credit. We have lost 3 managers in less than a year. Many unhappy tenants here.

Great place to live

The office staff is helpful and friendly. No question is to small for them.They work hard to plan special residents events. And they help us spoil our fur babies. Then the maintenance guys are awesome,always ready to help. They even carry dog treats for when they see us walking. It’s always like coming home. Not just a place to live. The property is quite with beautiful landscaping. We live in Knox Landing and have lived here several years. Karen

Have been living here for little over 6 months now. Have never had an issue with anything. The office ladies are very nice and helpful, and the maintenance are always super friendly and respectful. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. -Emily

Great Community

Staff is very helpful and friendly, many community events. Very quiet area and nice neighbors. The maintenance staff attends to work orders quickly and very friendly. Pet friendly environment and a nice enclosed dog park for your pet to run and play. Close to shopping and interstate very happy here.

Staff are friendly and very reasonable, will work with you! Beautiful home inside and out, definitely the best choice I have made. The manager is very understanding and if able she will help you, Jordyn helped me move in and has been there for me ever sense, will never move from my home, I highly recommend living here!
