Be sure to make a huge amount of money, have inheritance or government money, or 15 roommates, as rents are at the very tip-top for the area. November 22, 2023I enjoy my apt at Canyon Park Apartments. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was needing an apt asap and since I lived here previously I looked up the website and I noticed that they had updated a lot. I was sold when I walked into the apt. Sienna was seriously the leasing agent I needed, she was excited to show me the upgrades and also suggested that my dining room could be a home office. I definitely took the suggestion.
