Poorly Maintained
November 16, 2022Took me almost the entire term of the lease to get hot water in my unit, even though I was told initially the water heater was going to be replaced. Was not a lot of fun trying to shower while feeling like you are being pelted with ice water. Finally got hot water a few months before moving out. The onsite laundry was usually filthy. Only one washer and dryer for each building of about 20 apartments. Usually they were occupied and didn't do a very good job of cleaning the laundry if you did ...manage to get one. Not a deal breaker on this one but an annoyance was that the ancient refrigerator was the smallest one I had ever seen that wasn't apartment sized, it looked more like it belonged in a studio from 30 years ago.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Been here 3 years
August 22, 2019Maintenance is under staffed been asking for 3 year for the drain to be fixed where we park so I don’t have to walk through a lake to get into my car. Previous tenants left a mess in the back and we were told it would be cleaned up right after we moved in still looks like the place was abandoned and last but not least the manager never answers her phone so you play the message game and get the runaround. So I would say don’t rent here I’m moving ASAPReview from Apartments.com
