  • My 2020 pandemic year

    I've been here a year now. It's pretty decent to live here they keep the grounds maintained grass cut trees trimmed always clean I will say that the trash sometimes gets out of hand. But other than that it's pretty cool the neighbors are decent they don't bother you you don't bother them. Well at least on my side anyway. But if you thinking about moving here I would suggest it. The only thing I found out was a surprise is that you have to pay for water trash and pesticides and that bill is about ...
    60dollars a month.. and they make you get renters insurance that's about $136 a year. But other than that it's pretty cool. The people in the leasing office are nice and respectful and all of the maintenance people are nice and respectful there's never any situations haven't really seen too many. Oh yeah the area is pretty cool also and the stores are pretty close there's a 7-Eleven and gas station down the street you can walk too.

    The apartments are decent. Despite being older, the grounds are well kept and maintained. Office staff is usually helpful and maintenance staff responds quickly. The age and lower price for the area do attract some riffraff but overall not too bad.

    I have been living here for a few years now and have had a good experience so far. Staff here is very friendly and maintenance if quick to help with any problem. Its pretty peaceful and lots of nice trees around. I took a star off because i'd really love air conditioning and laundry inside apartment! The laundry center is OK but can be a hassel especially if one of the machines isnt working properly and it takes your money :( overall though i feel content living here.
