I LOVE CANYON SPRINGS!
March 28, 2025Canyon Springs is a great place to live with a lot of amenities, and it’s in a great location. Ms. Janine and Ms. Tammy, from Property Staff are awesome, caring, very professional and will make you feel at home. It’s my first time living in a highrise and I’ve always felt very safe living here. The location is great also, if you love shopping and eating. Don’t fall for the glitz and glamour
April 28, 2024While the apartment staff and security personnel project an image of caring about residents' safety and well-being, my experience suggests otherwise. Despite assurances, there's a noticeable lack of follow-through on safety protocols and genuine concern for residents' welfare. Don’t move here!
April 26, 2024If you have children, you should live anywhere else but here. The management is so unprofessional and lazy. I would never recommend this place. I have complained about the noise levels numerous times to the front office and nothing was ever done to address the situation. I have complained about the roaches and other pests in the main hallway. A few have gotten into my apartment. Unacceptable for the amount of money they charge! Please don’t move here! Amazing
April 17, 2024I went to tour the property and was greeted by Kristen. She’s great! The amenities is what caught my attention. The property is neat, clean , and feels like a hotel. Theres elevators which is convenient and it’s located in the middle of a shopping center with plenty of restaurants. Great value for the price
April 17, 2024This property has it all. Great floor plans, reasonable prices, and awesome amenities are included. It is clean, well-maintained, bright, and airy. Kristen was super! She answered all my questions, offered great insight, and was patient as I had to walk slowly due to knee challenges. The website is a tad confusing, and it takes a minute to figure things out. I have viewed many properties in the area (we have at least half a dozen new builds in the area), and this one tops the list. I hope ...to make it my home!Property Manager Responded

I enjoy the beauty of this property
April 11, 2024This property is one of the best places I have ever lived. It’s in the middle of shopping centers and eateries. Very convenient, and everything is in walking distance. Safe and Clean
September 9, 2021The property is well maintained. Property manager and staff are friendly. Maintenance is a little slow, but only because they are short-staffed right now. The apartments are new and generally safe. I have recommended friends to move here.Review from Apartments.com
