Great place to live
December 23, 2024My partner and I have lived here for a little over a year now. It’s so close to everything, which we love, and the apartments themselves are great. The large balconies and vaulted ceilings are nice, and the maintenance staff and front desk staff are quick and communicative. The only downside is the construction on the communal areas (lobby, gym, hot tub) which has been ongoing since we moved in. Hopefully it’ll be wrapped up soon! There are a lot of loud dogs in this community but the neighbors ...are nice.Property Manager Responded

Great People and Place to live
February 23, 2021The Leasing Team at Canyon Springs is A-1. Not only helpful but they go the distance in making residents feel wanted within the community. It is a beautiful property with lots of trees and the occasional deer passing by your window. Since less than a mile from downtown you have the best of a city life while also close to nature. I highly recommend this property for those that want to be in a well maintained and managed community within Flagstaff.Property Manager Responded

Poor Management
October 25, 2017The property manager here is terribly rude. On one occasion, as she was backing into a parking spot in her white truck (slowly, I might mention) she stared at me in my car waiting for her to finish parking. It made me very uncomfortable. Then, as soon as there was enough room to pass, I drove past her and went about my business. She then proceeded to pull out of her parking spot and follow me just to berate me on my driving. She seemed very upset about me driving past her for some reason. It was ...horribly unprofessional and very intimidating. I wouldn't recommend living somewhere where the managers treat their guests so horribly.Property Manager Responded

Nice Quiet Community
August 20, 2015Canyon Springs is a very nice place to live. I currently live in the 3 bedroom but I have also seen the 2 bedroom. The apartments have fireplaces, outdoor space, full size washer dryers, and storage closets. The appliances are base models, no oven windows or timers, things like that. Not very many amenities, a small fitness center, a small spa and a clubhouse that's only available during office hours, but the community is very quiet! The neighbors are all very nice and the place is well ...maintained. The staff is very nice and friendly, and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
