They will bait and switch you
October 18, 2022No walkthrough of your apartment until after you sign your lease. Old appliances, no parking, roaches. They charge as much as newer apartments with actual amenities like AC and new appliances.Property Manager Responded

Has a lot of features for the price

It's a great place to live
February 2, 2021The staff and maintenance team is fantastic. They know us by name and are always responsive, courteous and helpful no matter what the issue. The grounds are stunning and so well kept. Property beautiful and clean
January 31, 2021My family and I moved into a 3-bedroom 2 bath about 4 months ago and pleased with the decision. The leasing team, Meg, Amy, and Joe are great. Helpful Staff and Good Customer Service
January 19, 2021I contacted Canyon Springs for a tour of their 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, and Amy, the manager, was upfront and helpful during the whole process. If this is your first time looking for apartments to rent, I would recommend going to Canyon Springs because they made things easy to understand, professional, and were very helpful in regards to any questions or concerns you have.Property Manager Responded
