August 8, 2015Management is fantastic! They take real good care of you! They help you every step of the way. Management answered all of my questions promptly! The maintenance guy gets the job done usually within a day or that same day. Twice he came right away after we put in a maintenance request! Not that great
September 8, 2013This place is brand new...and that's all that it has going for it. I still have ant problems even though they said they sprayed it. It's unbearable the number of ants here. I understand this place is new, but management seems disorganized. They don't have any packets of information to give you about the place with important information such as gate code, etc. like other places do. Maintenance isn't great. The staff is nice enough, and the noise level is low unless you count the loud garages (not ...good if your room is above someone's garage). My Paradise
October 19, 2013I was one of the first residents in this apartment complex when they opened in February 2013 and have nothing but great things to say. Firstly, I was born and raised in Waco and I can guarantee you that you will NOT find a better location with great amenities, staff, environmental upkeep, neighbors, and more. I had the best neighbors that would wave or say good morning or good afternoon anytime they saw me leaving or coming from work ... I mean, seriously how often do you experience that in an ...apartment? This place truly has a home owner feel to it. I loved the attached garage unit. I cannot express how much I miss being able to drive-in my garage while it's raining heavily outside and never have to worry about tracking in mud because I had another set of shoes waiting. The wood flooring within the living room and kitchen area makes it extremely easy to clean, and not to mention, you have beautiful black appliances with granite tabletops. It's just gorgeous. There are plenty of electrical outputs everywhere around the house, making it very convenient for any of you Technology Geeks like me and pretty spacious. The bathroom is amazing and is truly missed. The garden size tub that could fit like 3 people in it (I'm not speaking from experience, lol) makes you want to take baths instead of showers. I'd agree, there are a few pest issues in the complex, naturally with some of the bugs coming from the garage but it has never been enough of an issue for me to contact management about. I maintained a very clean unit, swept my garbage regularly, and rarely saw any critters in my place. However, my experiences with management has by far been one of the best point about staying in Canyon Springs. Anytime I had any issues, they handled it with an urgency and it never took them more than 2 business days to fix. The manager, Megan, is a true down-to-Earth and professional. She has made my experience within this apartment complex one that I will never forget and I appreciate all the hard work she and her staff does. Her assistant Joanna, is upbeat-professional and understands how to communicate well with younger generation. However, do not get the wrong impression, this community is definitely suited for the young professionals, elderly (landscaped perfectly for the handicapped), potential homeowners, and more. In the beginning on October 2013, I accepted a new job position in Dallas and unfortunately had to leave here.
