These apartments are owned by entities outside of utah who are aware that utah has no renter Protections. So they hide a lot of extra fees in their monthly bill, allocating all of their expenses like common space, etc. To you period. Then if you disagree with their charges that they invent upon checkout comma there's no recourse. There is no state of utah agency that will go to bat for you, and there is no corporate headquarters that will respond to your call. so be prepared to pay about a ...

We love it here at canyon view apartments. The apartments here are kept up and pretty. The staff is wonderful to work with here. They were willing to work with us to get approved to move into these apartments. There is a nice swimming pool and a gym.

I am dissatisfied with the lack of cleanliness of the common areas of the condominium, especially the buildings. It is a nice condo but it always looks dirty and that makes it look bad ... I hope that will change
