July 10, 2024These apartments are owned by entities outside of utah who are aware that utah has no renter Protections. So they hide a lot of extra fees in their monthly bill, allocating all of their expenses like common space, etc. To you period. Then if you disagree with their charges that they invent upon checkout comma there's no recourse. There is no state of utah agency that will go to bat for you, and there is no corporate headquarters that will respond to your call. so be prepared to pay about a ...hundred extra dollars a month in those kinds of fees and about two thousand extra dollars when you check outProperty Manager Responded

Also convenient to have washers & dryers in the units, a pool with grilling stations, and a very clean gym! The grounds are kept up and they are always keeping everything spotless.
