Amazing Property
May 7, 2025So, I purposely waited to write a review until I was here for more than 6 months.... Property is clean and very well maintained for starters, inside and out. The complex as a whole is very well taken care of. Property manager and maintenence are both onsite which is a wonderful thing as well! The staff are all wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Renter Beware
January 12, 2022Went to view the apartment, however the unit we would be moving into was not available to be seen for another few months. The property was asking for $1400 non-refundable holding deposit, which doesn't guarantee you will like the unit you move into or that it will look the same as the one you viewed. This $1400 holding fee doesn't even include your security deposit or application fee you will have to pay at the time of renting.Review from Apartments.com

November 14, 2020Don’t even bother, I called made an appointment and when I arrived the apartments looked amazing. However, I was devastated that I couldn’t even look at them! Nobody was there and no one answered the phone the 6 times I called throughout the day. Terribly sad, I was the most excited about these apartments in my search.Review from Apartments.com

August 18, 2020I’ve lived here on and off for 15 years and owned property nearby. I find the staff extremely helpful and the maintenance staff are angels and fix things quickly. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!
June 12, 2017It looks nice, and the property is appealing. However, the staff and experience make me regret ever moving here. It doesn't feel like a home. They never let you forget that you don't own your space. Susan is the most condescending person I've ever encountered with the most fake facade. Just save yourself the horrid experience.
