May 17, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comEver since GVA Properties took over everything has gone down hill. Each complex only has one meter for each complex, the water bill was divided up by occupancy. Single person would be less than apartments with 2 or more people living there. Average singles water bill use to be around $30 a month now it is around $58 and some random tenants get a much higher bill over $100. No explanations, won't resolve the issue. Some people are being over charged monthly on extra charge for water/sewage ...and pest control. Other charges as well you have to pay they will not accept what they call partial payment. We can not get any answers nor credit. We have lost 3 managers in less than a year. Many unhappy tenants here.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

And they help us spoil our fur babies. Then the maintenance guys are awesome,always ready to help. They even carry dog treats for when they see us walking. It’s always like coming home.
