July 27, 2015Within great access of major stores in the area. Right along I-5 and Costco. Rent is within reason although the neighborhood is better than most it's still a little rough. No washer dryer in unit. Manager is friendly enough. Owner is excellent. All in all i would rate this apartment average to good.Review from Apartments.com
