Great Community and Pricing!
March 17, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comPros: We stayed here for 2 years and no rent increase for renewing which was awesome. Maintenance was 99% on it and quick to respond. Pools were clean and large dog park was nice for the pup to run around. Attached garage units are a must as storage can be come limited but still plenty of space to park a car in. Went to a few community events that were thoughtful and good to meet other residents! Cons: Walls are pretty thin, upstairs neighbor was a disaster but that is at no fault to the ...community- as we never reported them for being too loud as we hoped they would realize how disruptive they were. The infamous gates were often open or not working however the community did try to fix them 4-5 times during our time but someone without access would break the gates and we’d be back to square one. Packages sometimes were left at the wrong door honestly due to lazy delivery drivers. If you’ve got explicit instructions they can find it. Overall great first apartment for myself and fiancée, we moved due to relocation to NC for work and trying to purchase a house. June 28, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI have been renting for many years at different properties and this is by far THE WORST! I’ve been here for 3 years and it just keeps getting worse. It’s a “gated community” where the gates have been “broken” for 3 years since they opened. They don’t take good care of the property. The garbage is always a mess, people Just dump outside of the dumpster and it’s disgusting. Parking is out of control - people park on the lawns, block emergency access roads. They do nothing about it. People ...don’t clean up after their dogs. They threaten to hold people accountable but clearly do not. This has been the worst year! They can’t keep staff. Office staff are useless and maintenance is non-existant in 2024. I can’t wait to get out of here at the end of the year. Morgan was super friendly and fun to work with, and has been a great help in making sure the move-in process went as smooth as possible. The Maintenance team is also quick to respond to requests and to complete the task. Loving it here so far!

I love the space of the complex for personal walks and walks with my dog. The amenities are great. I use the gym at least 5 times a week. They do a good job at keeping it clean and are very helpful when I need their help! The front office is so sweet. The recent activities and food trucks have been so much fun. I would highly recommend this complex!

There is a great clubhouse, community working area, two pools, entertainment area and kitchen and so much more! In addition, the complex is close to downtown Fort Mill and walking distance to so many restaurants and a movie theatre!

Optional - Parcel Service Fees There is no dog grooming ...service where you "never have to leave the community". Self service dog wash is not cleaned, maintained. February 26, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comHands down the worst apartment management experience I’ve had in 12 years of renting. - the office staff will occasionally respond to emails, only if it’s not work for them - we get charged fines for things we did not do, even after explaining that we did not - construction is very poor. Our building was completed less than a year ago and already has cracks in the ceiling and walls. Our stair case is uneven, painting is poor, etc. It may look nice from far away, but when you get up close, it’s ...just look and no actual quality - after putting in several requests for maintenance to fix our leaking toilet, after countless towels and constantly trying to keep the issue under control by myself, they finally helped when I sent them a picture of a MUSHROOM that was growing out of the WALL from the problem We’ve considered terminating our lease early just to be done with it, but it’s several thousands of dollars to do so, and we don’t want to reward them with unearned money just to get out of our lease with them.
