Best place ever
June 14, 2024This is a great location, pricing and even the building has his years is in a good condition and always clean.When you're in your place you don't even hear anything because people is quiet and there is noise control walls and doors. Capital Plaza...more like Crapital Plaza
May 11, 2023Title says enough. Crappy, management is horrible and non-communicative, there are bugs, my bathroom literally didn't have a door. I was without running water for 2.5 days after calling the emergency line twice and putting in 2 maintenance requestsProperty Manager Responded

Great location, affordable price.
August 7, 2015This is a great apartment in the Capitol Hill area. It would be challenging to find an apartment with at a better location for a better price. Conveniently located right next to Union State and the Capitol Building, the entire city is just a short trip away. Management is wonderful and very responsive. Capital Plaza Apartment: A Reasonably Priced Complex in Downtown DC, Close to Capitol Hill, Reducing Commuting Time and Increasing Fun Time
August 6, 2015They say location, location, location is everything when selecting an apartment. However, with living cost in Washington DC, finding a reasonably priced apartment is not only smart, but good on the wallet too. Capital Plaza apartment is located in Downtown DC, near metro (mass transit) and about four blocks away from Capitol Hill. The National Mall is close by too (walking distance). With its location in downtown, there is less commuting time needed to travel to work (for Washingtonians), giving ...more opportunities for spending time with family and friends and enjoying the city. All utilities are included in the rent, which simplifies things. Close to work and inexpensive rent (for a mid-rise in Downtown DC) equals more time for fun!Property Manager Responded
