Review of The Reserve at Capital Pointe
February 13, 2026I have been a resident here for close to two years and I can honestly say, I love it here! I love the newly renovated apartments. They are spacious and well taken care of. The manager Tammy is wonderful to work with and she is very attentive to the resident's needs and our safety. The maintenance crew is also awesome! I feel that the rent prices are very fair especially in this market where everything is so expensive. It's also conveniently located near the interstate and the neighborhood ...is quiet. So very bad
September 9, 2023The property management, specifically Tammy, is terrible. I had so many problems with the property manager when I lived here. I had a bat infestation problem. I woke up to a bat flying over me for days, and all they did was patch a whole under my sink instead of finding it within the walls of the building only for it to pop out in someone else's apartment.I had a bee infestation problem. The bees were coming out of the walls. They told me to get a fly swater for them. I had an issue with Tammy ...letting pest control for roaches into my apartment without supervision during covid and came home to my door being unlocked. I had a neighbor who had a mold problem, and they told him it was his responsibility to have the mold removed at his expense. Tammy chose not to renew my lease during covid for no reason at all. I wasn't late on rent, I wasn't loud in my apartment, I didn't bother any of my neighbors.Property Manager Responded

Great Rental!
April 22, 2023The property is great! I lived on the rotunda side and have no complaints. The unit was well maintained, up to date with a quiet neighborhood. Ms. Tammy, in the rental office, was amazing! She goes above and beyond for her residents. She is always looking for a way to assist and doesn’t hesitate to address/resolve any issue you might have. October 17, 2018I have spent many months calling on the phone wanting to lease from this property now that the area has been cleaned up and under new management. My family has been here for almost 2 year. The staff is kind and helpful. They keep up the property and they complete our work orders in a timely manner. Mrs. Tammy and Ms. Rhonda are very helpful and always have something for my children or any visitor that comes in the office. From what I have heard this is not the same place. I like my place, ...I like what they have done, I like the staff and respect that they are on it! January 3, 2018I am amazed at how nice the townhomes are! I’ve been here 1 year and have nothing to complain about. Last year, I had 3 complexes I wanted to see. The Reserve at Capital Pointe was 1st on my list...and my last. The feeling of home /coziness hit me and I was hooked. The renovations done here, are nice and modern. Brand new appliances, fixtures, etc. Nice! Maintenance is great, when you have an issue. They’re prompt and get the problem fixed. I don’t think I could have found anything this nice for ...the price. The office management are really friendly and they want to make sure that you feel at home.
