About Capitol Court
Capitol Court Apartments is a pet friendly, residential and commercial building located in Northeast Capitol Hill. It features a beautiful rooftop terrace equipped with a propane grill, patio seating and mountain views. Our apartments have an open concept with modern colors and double pane bay windows. All residences come with garbage disposal, dishwasher, and clothes-washer/dryer in unit. The neighborhood is walkable and bike friendly, nearby beautiful old Seattle homes, green ways, parks and churches. We are only a few blocks from grocery stores (Safeway and Trader Joes), coffee shops (Fuel, Macrina, Café Ladro) and restaurants (Monsoon, Smith, Coastal Kitchen). If you take public transportation, we are nearby Microsoft shuttle pick ups and bus lines (12, 8, 48, 10). Store your bike in our free bike locker!
