February 25, 2024Rent to high, not walkable..building manger never gets back to you..apartments always floods.. and out of 279 units there is only two grills so you have to fight to get there early to grill outReview from Apartments.com

October 21, 2023Located in the roughest area in Albany. Daily dumpster divers, unresponsive leasing managers. The smell of weed residue will always be present in your apartment building. No central air, no window blinds, and not a walkable area.Review from Apartments.com
