Overall all pretty good. Have no complaints. Certain folks need to pick up after there animals. SHOULD HAVE MORE Neighbor functions to get to the people.

Its been wonderful living here at Capri Villa, it's quiet and the people are respectful. Maintenance work always, fast and efficient. The community is very spacious giving room to enjoy walks in the neighborhood. The apartments are very spacious aswell with room to make it your home.

I have been living here for coming up on around three years now (not consecutively) and always found it a well-run place to call home. Prices are a bit up there for the size of units, but they always have specials running to help you ease into a place if you have nowhere else to go immediately. Great-sized pool compared to surrounding complexes and cleaned regularly!! Any 2-bed and up units have at least one garden tub, I recommend the larger one bedroom unit and up models unless its just you and ...

We’ve been here for 7 months and we are still loving the area and our place. There’s so many things to do for kids and grown ups. There’s schools are nice, day care comes in handy as well. I recommend staying in Conroe Texas

I have lived here off and on for the past three years and love it. It was my first apartment and I highly recommend it if you plan to stay for awhile in between places. Any leasing specials they have, they wont screw you over on them. Love living here.
