Our apt. looks a bit luxurious after the building was fully repainted. The gray & white color is very nice. The surroundings looks clean & parking spaces are very spacious. Very safe & comfortable walking even on late evenings. Love the dogs but I hope the residents who have dogs must be considerate enough to take care of their dogs increments.

This is a great apartment complex great staff and manintance crew with the covid it takes a little long to get the jobs done but we consider them Johnny on the spot and love the work they do sometimes we don't even realize they did the work. The office staff is really good with all the tenants and keeps everyone happy

Captain's Landing Apartments was just the thing for me! Working with Matt was great. He was very accommodating and didn't mind explaining even the most random questions. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for anything of quality and affordable.

Gate hardly ever works, staff is nice but work orders never get completed. Air conditioning is sub par and pet deposits are outrageous. I am a property manager and we only charge $250.00 as a refundable deposit. A $500.00 deposit plus pet rent is absolutely ridiculous. Over all the apartment isnt bad but dont expect much help from the staff.

Captains Landing has clean, well kept apartments with everything I need on-site along with a well kept grounds area so I feel good inside the apartment and out.

The apartment complex is quiet and clean. It's quite relaxed around here. Maintenance is a joke and it's kinda pricey for the quality of apartment but it's a place to lay your head.

The office staff are very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered up front. Any concerns (which were very minor) were addressed in a quick and efficient manner. I cannot wait to use the gym and pool once COVID is managed. I also cannot wait to meet with the staff in-person in their office environment. Having not lived in an apartment in over 40 years, this apartment is more than I could hope for. Thank you Captain's Landing.
