September 23, 2020Gate hardly ever works, staff is nice but work orders never get completed. Air conditioning is sub par and pet deposits are outrageous. I am a property manager and we only charge $250.00 as a refundable deposit. A $500.00 deposit plus pet rent is absolutely ridiculous. August 18, 2020The office staff are very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered up front. Any concerns (which were very minor) were addressed in a quick and efficient manner. I cannot wait to use the gym and pool once COVID is managed. I also cannot wait to meet with the staff in-person in their office environment.
