May 15, 2024I have been living here since February of last year and when I moved in it was not complete. The maintenance man said he promise me to come fix everything once I got moved in but didn’t. I called office and made maintenance request constantly and no answer. I current have no water or no air and they just hired a 3 maintenance man to come over and he basically told me he didn’t know how to fix it. It is not worth it if you’re looking for somewhere to live. Very over priced and ...unprofessional!!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 18, 2023Living condition is not worth the amount they’re charging to live here. Rent goes up every year. Maintenance people doesn’t withhold their job. We get a new property manager very often. Work orders stays behind. My bathroom has mold in all they done was paint over it. August 14, 2023The high turn over rate of maintenance and property management employees, has in turn resulted in the community not being efficiently ran and taken care of. The rate of maintenance requests and repairs needed, far outweigh the amount of work current employees are capable of resolving. Prior requests combined with current requests has according to employees, made for an insurmountable amount of work. Thus, leaving previous residents and future residents at a disadvantage to experiencing the ...housing described in the lease agreement.Property Manager Responded
