November 1, 2025Not a bad apartment complex to live in but the office staff are unbelievably hard to get in touch with and have attitudes dealing with people that live there. My friend and I rented a place here and she had cats and she moved out and they still charge me for cat rent and refuse to take it off my rent. I have asked multiple times for them to take it off and they won’t. They are useless if you actually need help with anything, at least that was my experience.Property Manager Responded

Could use some work on their communication skills
June 16, 2023Very interesting experience with this community. I setup a tour late May 2023 and the leasing associate was very nice and had only been working there for a few days , she was not the property manager. I submitted my application the lease an apartment. One week later, when I hadn’t heard anything I called to find out why it was taking so long (each community has their on way of application processing) and left a voicemail, didn’t receive a return call, tried again a couple days later, left another ...voicemail, still no return call, sent an email with no response. Finally, at week number two I sent an email to cancel my application and they cancelled it within a couple hours. The only way I knew they had cancelled I had to login to see it. I have never received any communication other than an automated reply to fill a survey after my tour. Will be interesting to see if they reply to this review.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Very Disappointed with Carden Place
August 25, 2021The breezeways and sidewalks are not kept clean, you can hear violent fights between neighbors, the trash and recycling area is not maintained well, and the smell of pot is everywhere. Not a nice place for the amount of rent.Property Manager Responded
