January 13, 2025I have lived here at Carelton Courtyard going on 13 years. I enjoy it a great deal and have made some dear friends here. The management is always responsive, kind, and professional. The maintenance crews are wonderful. I have never had to wait more than 1 day to have an issue resolved (unless a part was needed that had to be ordered). The pools are kept sparkling clean, the grounds crews are sent regularly, and the best part is the security, with locked and coded gates for walk-in and ...parking. I'm very happy to reside here. They keep the property clean, the maintenance staff is excellent, the management is terrific, friendly and always professional.
