Changes Property Management far too often. If staff is overworked and underpaid, it's difficult to get the necessary work done. If they aren't given time to change or familiarize themselves with property after last property management left, how can they or anyone else be proficient!? This is an ownership issue!

It's a beautiful community. Ms Samantha and Tim was so polite and kind. We love our new home. If we needed maintenance they came the same day and fix the problem. Very good maintenance Very professional.

I have lived here at Carelton Courtyard for almost 14 years. Even though we have gone through a few management changes, they have always kept up with the security, cleanliness, super maintenance, and my favorite, sparkling pool maintenance. I am 74 and swimming is the only exercise I'm allowed by my doctors, and I'm happy to say the pools here are always kept in great order. I have several friends I've made here who are super, and I'm glad Carelton Courtyard is such a welcoming community.

It's just a block from the beach and the hospital. Arlan's Market is just a block away. Nice fast food places to eat. The area is fairly safe.
