Good Experience Overall
June 6, 2021My wife and I moved into Carlmont Heights in 2013 and lived there until recently, when we found a new place to live. It was a decent apartment in a nice, quiet area. It had a good location, near shopping areas. The pool was nice and the workout area was decent. Overall, the staff and the maintenance crew were very helpful, especially during the recent years when Rob became resident manager. THE Worst place ever. Please be carefull before you move in
March 2, 2021The experience that we have at Carlmont Heights Apartments was the worst ever for me and my family. We get the top floor apartment that in summer was super hot and winter it is impossible to warm up. Our electricity bill was 200$ and also we pay utils 200$. The electricity power went off several times during our 6 months staying there. Please be careful. They also come up with so many charges after we move out.
