Used to love it here
April 1, 2024I used to love it here my 5th year will be my last. Noisy staff rude and stand offish new management has put huge fee increases for EVERYTHING the one thing that is the worst is the employees who work here dont get held to the same rules and restrictions as the people who pay full rent, we sufferProperty Manager Responded

November 25, 2016They have people constantly walking around were the lake is ,not a good place to put a public sidewalk , close to the patios, there have been drug addicts people of all kinds, talking loud on phones,drinking and kauking into your apt no privacy, not respectful of us living here. walking after dusks this is dangerous for single parents, elderly and those with disabilities and children. October 6, 2015I have a 2/2 , the apartment is roomy and bright with a nice patio area. It is a gated community and they are very friendly. My kitchen is nice size and I like the fact its not a galley.the kitchen and living rooms are in the back which makes it nice and private. The bedrooms are in the front, but they do a great job keeping it quite. No pest inside. But this is Florida there are ants out side on the grounds.my only complaint each year they have raised the rent $25. And I can hear my neighbors ...moving around upstairs. They take excellent care of the property. Families and seniors as well as college students live here. Every month the management offers activities you can get involved in.office staff are friendly and helpful. It is full of shade trees and they are pet friendly. I love my apartment
August 14, 2015My apartment, so much good things i can say about it. I've lived here for about 2yrs now and love it. The property is well maintained, it has two large pool, two large gym room, a tennis & basketball court, a part for the kids to enjoy they self and even a dog park now how many apartment do do know of have a dog park, for your dog or dogs to rome free and mingle with other dogs? The staff are friendly and helpful. Its has a 24/7 security and also gated entry. I love my apartment its my lil heaven ...on earth. We all get along as neighbors. They also have free Pizza and donuts every first of the month, now thats a nice way to cheer someone up after paying they rent, cause we all know that we all wish we could save are money every first but with this much love that my apartment brings it makes you want to pay rent everyday cause it is such a nice, friendly,secure, and beautiful apartment. August 9, 2015I've been here for almost a year, and for the most part, it's been great. The office staff are very nice and helpful, and the maintenance staff is very quick and efficient. The downstairs apartments have a patio which is perfect for my dog, and it allows me to plant flowers, which is nice. They have valet trash service, so you don't see disgusting or overfilled dumpsters. They have recycling at the back of the complex, as well, with three large bins. This area has been overfilled before but they ...seem to rectify the issue relatively quickly. My only complaint is the dating of the apartment - the appliances could use some updating, especially the stackable washer/dryer as I had issues with it. Love where I live!
July 25, 2015Carlton Arms Apartments are a great place to live. The community is safe and quiet! The people iI the main office are always pleasant and helpful with issues. The amenities are great! I love going to the pool (there are 2 of them) to relax with my partner. The gym is open during the day to all residents (haven't utilized it but plan to). There is a play ground that my kids love to play on and it is enclosed which is important when you have little ones who like to run off. The apartments ...themselves are spacious and we'll maintained. The maintenence people are friendly and quick to respond to issues.
