Amazing Property
January 30, 2026Apartment hunting can be the biggest pain, as we all know. Society has changed and with the implantation of AI software, human face to face interaction is almost non existent in the apartment world. At Carlton Arms North Lakeland the friendly faces when you walk in makes it feel like home. The staff is kindhearted and they truly care. I have lived on the property for about 4 months and it is so PEACEFUL. The community is situated off of HWY 98, however, you do not hear any of the road noise. The ...property is kept beautiful as well. I see the teams working in the community daily, and that gives me peace of mind that if I do need anything fixed, the team will take care of it. March 3, 2022Carlton Arms Employees are great. Each time I need anything done it's done that same day. I lost my keys and within the hour someone brought me a new set. February 28, 2022My family and I have lived here for over 10 years my issues are with the maintenance staff who don’t fix stuff as requested and then try to lie and said they did I have cameras inside and outside my home that record when someone comes in and out and while they are inside and I am not present the pest control sucks have issues with ants inside and rats and squirrels outside on my patio and nothing gets done rent constantly going up without improvements to these issues we stay because it was great ...for the first 6 or or so years then got new management and have been hoping it would get better because we like the area but thinking about not signing new leaseRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 28, 2021I’ve lived here over 6 years. The staff is wonderful, prompt and helpful. I have a special needs child and they’ve been very accommodating. It’s a mostly quiet community. August 25, 2017We wanted to take a minute to thank the staff and property managers for the smooth transfer into our townhouse(which is amazing, btw). After being residents for three and a half years, we decided to upgrade, and we are so happy we did. Every step of the way, the staff, and property manager(Mr.Sisson) were extremely accommodating. April 7, 2016My husband and I have lived here for over 3 years and overall the place is average. The rent does always go up every renewal. The past year they have been doing a lot of construction on the property(re-roofing, patching and painting the driveway areas) which was noisy and a pain. Now they are advertising a new dog park addition. This past year though it seems they aren't holding up to their usual standards. The grass hasn't been as well groomed and trimmed and it has more stinging plants in it. ...Also I have received more "patio clean up notices" then ever, so I don't know if they are just trying to get as much money as possible out of their tenants or what, but we will be leaving when our lease is up. Like I said overall a decent place but we're not happy, so we are moving. My advice, look for somewhere cheaper, not worth it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
