September 23, 2022Tried to move in and they told me I had less than 24 hours to get a transfer letter from my job I got the transfer letter then they told me they had nothing available and they moved on to the next person and I lost my job. Building 39 is infested with COCKROACH!
April 11, 2022DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Front office will never care anything happening to you regarding with the apartment. Live here since March 2021 & all the cockroaches, flying ants, bugs coming in like crazy! Yesterday I was having my lunch and a cockroach LANDED ON MY FOOD!!! This infestation is out of control! When you call the front office, they will just tell you that they have put a work order for the exterminator to come ONLY on Tuesday! Ridiculous
April 25, 2021DO NOT MOVE HERE. They knit pick and gouge you on nearly everything. I had to fight to try getting my ex boyfriend off my lease. Since they raised my rent by 22 dollars, I “can’t afford my apartment”by myself. It’s because of the new policy they put into place after Covid, requiring you to make 3x your rent annually. Why you would even raise rent at all despite people being out of jobs for months, is beyond me. Even though I’ve been paying my rent for the passed year and have never been late on a ...payment before my boyfriend even moved in with me. I’ve been paying my rent for months now on my own, and they still won’t take him off. Money hungry, and would much rather try to lose a good tenant over 22 dollars, than grandfather them into new policy. They don’t care about their residents. On top of that, god forbid you lose your resident car sticker (recently got new vehicle and dealership accidentally took off sticker during final detailing.)......50 dollars...they want to charge you 50 dollars for a flimsy window sticker, even after I explained what happened. If I “can’t afford” a measly 22 dollars on my rent, how do you expect me to pay 50 for a sticker?The only bright side of living here is maintenance is always on top of repair requests, and the apartments are decent. June 9, 2020Apartment is clean with new flooring. great view and large back lanai/porch for an apartment, fenced in also. I can barely hear my neighbors which is great news since I have two small children that like to sing Frozen songs at the top of their lungs. Rats
January 29, 2019This place is infested with rats. There in the walls & eat the wires. They climb the walls outside and are all over the yards. If i can post a pic i would. I haven’t had internet in 2-3 months because they refuse to exterminate properly. Theres rat poop all over my yard & my kids cant go outside unless i hose the whole yard down. August 9, 2015This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the pool, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. September 11, 2015paying my rent on line is so great. our townhouse is so beautiful.so relaxing.so clean. no noise.no one just hanging out.. we have a large workout room and large pool.if anything breaks they fix it in one day.never have to wait.the office girls are so nice..i am so happy here.the grounds are always clean.its the best choice I ever made.Review from Apartments.com

July 21, 2015We have been here for only a few days and are not impressed on the upkeep and the lack of staying up to modernization. Other than that the views are amazing, and they staff are simply wonderful. The valet trash service, 24/7 security, the all around feeling you get being in the area, and then the brick buildings are architecturally beautiful.Review from Apartments.com

August 26, 2015Carlton arms is such a beautiful complex. It's quiet & friendly. Carlton arms was my first apartment I rented and everyday I wake up and just embrace how wonderful my apartment is. It fits me and it's very spacious. I can walk outside with no worries, enjoying the ducks and the many lakes they have. When I need something fixed or need any help the security and the people who work there are always there to help. I love Carlton Arms, a wonderful apartment complex.Review from Apartments.com
