The grounds are park like. We are literally 2 minutes from I275 & i am in back of property. The office is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance fixes everything the same or next day. My fur babies get their own patio that they share with us. On property laundromat is convenient & cheaper than off property ones.

Staff and everyone is so friendly! Sheila and Lucille are so nice and welcoming every single call before move in! Beautiful grounds and apartment was perfect on move in! The location is prime. Residents are always smiling and waving. Feels very welcoming. Club house is beautiful. Happy to be a resident!

Property is beautiful and well maintained. The community is very peaceful and a great value. The staff in the office made the move in process smooth as silk. The apartment was as promised and I moved in sight unseen and was very pleased. Highly recommend.

What a lovely community! You can't tell that the apartments were built in 1968-69. The property is immaculate and beautiful near the water. The apartment is so clean and brand new appliances! I am thrilled to make this my new home with my cat, Lucy.

I lived at Carlton Arms for eight years. I recently took a job in Tacoma Washington. I am keeping my lease there for now to hopefully in the future move back. It is a "hidden gem" and will miss it. The Staff is wonderful and the Community and neighbors look out for each other. Hopefully, I will be back sooner than later.

When I moved to Carlton Arms I planned to be here one year. Thirteen years later I am still enjoying life here at Carlton Arms! The grounds are beautiful with old oaks and water views. The community is friendly and engaging and you can be as involved as you wish. There is a beautiful pool and clubhouse and the office staff and maintenance and property personnel are professional, courteous and helpful - they get it done! We are close to shopping and restaurants and security is an added bonus. ...

I found out about Carlton Arms in 2013, thru fellow Pathology techs, that had parents residing in various states that are part of Carlton Arms I looked online and fell in love with this location in St Petersburg Fl . The view is spectacular and the grounds are so picturesque. Great office and crew that truly take care of this beautiful property! The apartments are match-stick construction with squeaky plywood floors, poor insulation, inefficient old-style AC compressors, deteriorating balconies, unpredictable smoke detectors and water heaters that leak regularly.

Have been living here for less than a month but it was obvious from my first day that management takes pride in the property and has an honest concern for the residents. I was fortunate enough to be offered a unit with awesome views of Tampa Bay, the Skyway Bridge and the surrounding seashore/metropolitan areas. I've lived here for over five years and have found this location to be safe, the grounds are well kept and the staff friendly and helpful. We have valet trash pick up, low cost cable and reduced internet. There is little to no noise, lots of activities for seniors and you can feel comfortable and very safe.
