June 28, 2023Goldmark is horrible. I will NEVER rent from them again. I Had my vehicle broken into in the underground parking and my Cadillatic converters cut off my vehicle in the same spot. The maintenance seems to be the only issue I have with the complex as it does take longer than wished for repairs to be made. But with short staffing it’s understandable. November 16, 2022Carlton Place is a poorly maintained property, it is often dirty for weeks at a time. the security doors are often broken, the front door has been pried open so many time the latch barley catches, you can see this looking at the door, it would be an easy fix yet never gets done. the back door will not open all the way, again an easy fix. If I knew someone looking for a place to live, I would recommend somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com
