    Goldmark is horrible. I will NEVER rent from them again. I Had my vehicle broken into in the underground parking and my Cadillatic converters cut off my vehicle in the same spot. The “safe” underground parking. Cost me thousands of dollars because neither were covered by insurance and no security cameras! I can’t wait to move out this week!

    From what I’ve experienced, is it’s an amazing apartment complex. The maintenance seems to be the only issue I have with the complex as it does take longer than wished for repairs to be made. But with short staffing it’s understandable. The location is amazing and all around just a nice home to have.

    The locations are extremely convenient for anyone new in Fargo or wanting to be closer to stores. The apartments themselves are extremely nice and do come with a lot of utilities paid by the company themselves- so the eases of applications were amazing.

    Carlton Place is a poorly maintained property, it is often dirty for weeks at a time. the security doors are often broken, the front door has been pried open so many time the latch barley catches, you can see this looking at the door, it would be an easy fix yet never gets done. the back door will not open all the way, again an easy fix. If I knew someone looking for a place to live, I would recommend somewhere else.
