We looked at a 2 bedroom apt that was available and she gave it to someone else after we had already filled out and paid the application fee for that specific apt and was put on the waiting list. We periodically call to see if there is an availability for what we want and the lady is so NASTY to us every time we call that we just went somewhere else to a much nicer place for the same rent. She did us a favor!

Spoke to some nasty woman on the phone. When I went to see an apartment, she looked like a crack head and was so nasty. We didn't even bother filling out an application.

We moved into Carlton village in November, and on that time they have not taken care of a single issue. All outer lights on our building burnt out back in January, they still haven't been replaced. So for those of you who can't see in the dark, bring a flashlight. We were told when we moved in that they would have the sliding door fixed, it needed new rollers. It still hasn't been done. Believe me, I can go on.
Then there's our neighbors, it's like having maury on 24/7. They shout scream and air ...
their business outside my window. Back in December the office staff told us they would be gone in two weeks and that they were in court proceedings. Well they're still here. Causing migraines daily.
If you can put up with the bull, and fix your own issues this might be the place for you.

have had a hole in the roof for approx. a year, which also caused the ceiling to fall due to the water damage.
they have not repaired the roof, or the ceiling.
they take your money and that is about it.
only good thing is that you are allowed pets.
