Apartments are clean, spacious, and in such a convenient spot—close to shopping, the T station, Revere Beach, the airport, and downtown Boston. It’s great for both drivers and commuters. The neighborhood is diverse, with friendly neighbors, and the free parking is a huge plus. New laundry room, mailroom, and package lockers. The management here is fantastic, and Roberta is amazing—always super helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend living here!

I lived on the first floor by the court yard and my one bedroom including heat and hot water which is hard to find. I have only compliments for this place. I have been living here for two years. The building is well-kept and organized, the staff were always there when I needed. The manager Roberta is very helpful. the woman responsible for cleaning the installations works hard to keep everything cleaning and she is so sweet. The maintenance guys are friendly and efficient.
