I was laying down one night and I felt something fall on my face. I couldn’t find what it was. So I check my pillow it was this really long small brown bug crawling on my pillow. I never been so disgusted. So I grab my flash light to check to ceiling to see we’re there any more. I saw a lot of them crawling on my wall coming from this corner with a hole in it. This explains my bumps and itching on my body every time I woke up. Disgusting I will contact the office tomorrow. Will see we’re it goes ...

We take pest issues seriously and even include pest control treatments as part of your stay should you have any issues at all. I currently am not aware of any confirmed cases of bed bug activity at the property. I have been here for 5 years and it has become horrible to live here. The new management team is horrible. They don't address any tenant issues. The maintenance is horrible, especially James, he is rude and unprofessional and doesn't appear to have any experience in maintenance. Anytime he has to address an issue, he appears to be irritated, as if he is being bothered to do his job. Like he only wants to work when he wants to work. The other maintenance guy, Jesse, is great. The hallway smells ...
and the carpet is dated and worn. There is garbage in the hallway. At any moment, there will be ceiling tiles missing in the hallway. The underground parking is a joke. It looks like the ceiling to that is going to cave in at any time. The doors to the underground parking have been left up for months, so anybody can park down there and I am charged $25 a month to park down there. It's highway robbery. I used to love my home here but now I can't wait until my lease is up so I can run as far and as fast away from here as possible. They should have never gotten rid of Anita, Jo and the REAL maintenance guys.

I been here since 2012 the office is rude I have had packages come and when I go to the leasing office they say it's not there after who sent it said it was. The grounds are horrible it's never no where to park they don't towl cars as they should. It had been cars in the same spot since 2012. One summer I went 3 weeks without air it took maintenance 4ever to come fix. Speaking of maintenance they don't tel you when they coming with is an inconvenient because I work 2jobs. The 8th floor is a ...
mess carpet needs changing 5years ago. The hall ways smell very badly. Had a water leak which was out of my control when it came time for my one year carpet cleaning they told I had to play for it. The elevators are always mess up never working. I moving out before my lease is up they can have that security deposit and put it towards somethings that's needs to be fix.
