The photos and the model unit they show you are great, but i was shocked when i walked into my apartment. The apartment is old and the wood finishes have a mysterious black substance and specks. I took photos of everything and nothing was done about my concerns. The paint is poorly applied and the light fixtures are crooked. A lot of the wood is peeled off and when I moved in there were still stains on the walls and stickers from the previous renters. I live on the bottom and the sound carriers ...

loudly, I can hear every single step my upstairs neighbors take. It was cheaper for me to move here but I can’t justify it anymore.

Beware. finishes may look nice at first but look closer. Repairs by done by property management are done as cheaply as possible. They also charge for everything. trash valet even if you do not want the service. Washer and dryer even though you cant use your own, lockers for package delivery even if you do not use the service, pest control (we still had pack rat damage to our vehicle. Vandalism is bad in this neighborhood along with vehicles speeding through the property and Jr high and ...

high school kids fighting and making a mess with trash. Staff is only helpful while you are going through signing a new lease after that good luck on getting call back for any issues. I would not move in this neighborhood again for any reason.
