November 20, 2025I think the staff is friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Love the events and newsletter. It would be nice to access the clubhouse after hrs or rent the space for events. This feature was available since I’ve been here 2018-2023. I’m hopeful as the staff informed early 2025 it’s possible in the future. The trash valet pickup is inconsistent. It seems every other week a pickup is not made when scheduled. Water flow is good, no drainage issues and good property maintenance. April 26, 2025I love it here. I love and enjoy the peace and quiet. My experience with service request, I never had to wait over 1 day for a service to be completed. If I can change anything it will be the gym. I wish they had better and newer equipment maybe stairmaster, newer weighted equipment. Other than that no complaints.Property Manager Responded

April 25, 2025It’s mostly quiet, nice view, and just overall nice community. Only thing is the pool area is full of trees and has a bit of an odd smell to it. The appliances like washer and dryer is a bit on the older side. I’ve had some random dead bugs pop up around my apartment but it may be the way it’s done to prevent pests. I prefer traps than just a chemical method so i don’t have to really see them. Besides all that overall my experience is chill.Property Manager Responded

April 12, 2025We just moved out after living here for about two years. This place is pretty great overall! Super safe area, with lots surrounding it and a very good price for the area. Maintenance and leasing office are helpful and on top of anything you need. Megan was a huge help during our second year here and she assisted us with so many different inquiries we had in a timely and professional manner. Giving four stars instead of 5, because we had a few problems with our first lease and how the agent had ...prepared it/gone about it, but outside of that, we loved living here.
