The person said I would need a new machine altogether. Within two hours they brought a used washer and dryer from another unit in great condition and set it up quite quickly. Called it in and came by quick and the problem was fixed. Carmel Apartment is one of the best place you don't have to wait for a long time. Great work Carmel Apartment.Property Manager Responded
