Wonderful experience. Living at Carmel was so nice. All the amenities are wonderful, price is great for all that you get. Maintenance responds to requests quickly. Grounds keepers kept everything looking nice. Dog park is kept decently clean, although does have a strong smell. Overall our time living at Carmel was super nice.

Great Service They sent someone to check my washer and dryer the day after making my report about it not working anymore. The person said I would need a new machine altogether. Within two hours they brought a used washer and dryer from another unit in great condition and set it up quite quickly. Everything is working fine now and they were very quick about it.

Carmel is great! We stayed there for 4 yrs, and the stay is very peaceful. Quiet area, good neighbors and good staff. Promptnon doing maintenance once requested.
