    Always willing to help The fire alarm went off and won't stop. I called it in and someone came that day quick. It was fix but then every min it would beep. Called it in and came by quick and the problem was fixed. Carmel Apartment is one of the best place you don't have to wait for a long time. Great work Carmel Apartment.

    Belinda needs a raise! Coming from the housing environment, I was surprised by Belinda's leasing skills. She was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Tour route was good, cleanliness was okay. We left with all the information we needed to apply and everything eas clear.
