Don't Live Here...EVER
December 14, 2020Do not move here unless you want to hear everything and I do mean everything that goes on in your neighbors apartment. The amenities are never open but no discount in rent. The property (near my unit anyway) has trash everywhere. You can't even submit a work request. In a nut shell management could care less. I had to move on short notice and unfortunately I moved here. Fortunately I only have two more months and I am out of here.Review from Apartments.com
Love living here!
July 31, 2020I have lived at The Club at Fossil Creek apartments for 9 years. These apartments are very upscale and nice. I have always felt very safe living here. The landscaping is beautiful and kept up regularly. Both pools are sparkling clean. There is valet trash here that is picked up at your door. The dumpsters are emptied on a regular basis and never overflowing. The rental price is very competitive in this area. I have compared several times and you get more square footage for the price compared to ...the nearby apartments. Maintenance is off the charts. I have never had to wait to have a repair done. You enter your request on an online portal and they have always come on the same day. They do excellent work. The management staff is amazing. They're very friendly and welcoming. They are easy to talk to. They care about their residents. I have personally had them go above and beyond for me on several instances. The manager sits out in the lobby with the other agents instead of in the back in her assigned office. She wants to be Hands-On and to be a part of the day-to-day operations. Great Place
December 5, 2018This place is very lovely. Great community involvement always an activity going on for the residences. It is located on a busy road but is near everything you can think of. I stay in a very spacious and beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath and the price I pay is awesome for what I am living in. Yes the parking is limited so I went ahead and purchased a car port. They have valet trash. I'm from a small city so that was very new for me and very convenient. The gym is small but everything is in worker ...condition. The property is well kept. The walking path that's shared with the golf club is amazing and really nice during good weather. My only problem are the walls are kind of thin so your hear your upstairs neighbor walk and hear their TV sometimes. I stay on the second floor so yea. I have not seen the gates being broken so I say it's a pretty secure complex. The staff are so nice and helpful. Other then that I love Fossil Creek and will be renewing my lease.Property Manager Responded

Great Community
September 14, 2016This is a great apartment community close to all tons of entertainment. You can literally walk across the street 10-12 different restaurants. There are two movie theaters and plenty of other social entertainment places within 2 miles. My apartment was updated and clean when I moved and if something breaks it is fixed promptly. The new management team is going the extra mile to address the residence needs. The biggest issue I can comment about is the fact that some of the wall plugs don't ...hold very well. Great space, traffic is terrible
July 28, 2015This apartment has a GREAT backyard and green space just outside the patio door. It's an ok sized two bedroom, two bath. The traffic on Western Center is insane though and we are looking to move to shorten our commute time.Review from Apartments.com
Lost Valley
August 13, 2015I had a 12 month lease in the "Lost Valley" floor plan. It was very spacious and open, which I loved because it could feel a little claustrophobic in some apartments. The rent was at $730 which was very cheap considering the location and size. They have an enclosed dog park by the creek. I never saw anybody taking their dogs there though. Unfortunately, I lived there while Western Center was undergoing construction on the main road, but it gave me the chance to find short cuts and back roads! ...Their gym was small but provided all the necessities, treadmill, elliptical, free weights, ect. They had two pools, both were maintained and the upkeep was fabulous. Their customer service was phenomenal. Although, at times, it would take a little longer for maintenance to arrive when requested. Some times, they wouldn't come at all. They had maintenance clean every morning and pick up stray trash. With very spacious units with open lay outs and beautiful scenery such as the 18th hole of the Fossil Creek Golf Course (for all you golf lovers) and accesses to tons of restaurants and grocery stores you'll definitely enjoy living at The Clubs at Fossil Creek with so many friendly family activities around this location. July 23, 2015The Club at Fossil Creek Apartments has turned out to be the perfect place for a Texas residence. The nicely kept up property has tall mature trees for shade from Texas summer sun. As well, there are two pools for resident use during the hot Texas summer sun. (Seeing a pattern here?). There are also assigned carports to protect your car from the hot Texas sun (And other interesting weather occurrences!) Adjoining the property is a creek with fish and turtles and birds and is nice natural area to ...view to help cool your brain during the hot Texas summer.
