December 9, 2023The Carmel Landing is an amazing apartment complex! My boyfriend and I just moved into our apartment and Joey has been such a great help. He was able to give us prompt replies for all of our needs. He was able to help us as much as possible in person if we had any questions for him that were hard to answer over an email. Our apartment is a one bedroom and super spacious which is a huge bonus. We are very glad to call the Carmel Landing our new home. Excellent communication and location.
December 2, 2023I have had the best experience. Communication has been prompt and excellent. I had a repair need and it was done same day with great communication. Joey is fantastic. I love this complex is so dog friendly and the location is unbeatable. I am amazed the insulation of the apartment. I’m on the floor level and have not heard the apartment above me once or my neighbors across from me. I highly recommend this complex.Property Manager Responded

March 25, 2021Apartment was not ready when they said it would be. Snow removal was non existent. Communication terrible. No one in the office or answering the phone. Smelled terrible of smoke. Nicotine dripping down the walls. Run as fast as you can!Review from Apartments.com
