August 14, 2015I have been living there for 5 years it is the most perfect and decent apartment you could ever live in. It has a garage,washer and dryer inside of your home, and the atmosphere is very lovely for kids they have a playground and also a park for the kids.also it is surrounded by elementary schools and middle schools not to mention the stores are in walking distance. Best Apartments in Rancho Cucamonga
August 10, 2015This is a safe, gated community with spectacular amenities. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I live on the third floor, and it is such a quiet and warm environment. This community is great for any lifestyle, single or family. The floorplan for my unit is inviting, and has a washer and dryer, with a large kitchen( which are all recent remodels)and a huge master bedroom. Each unit has a large balcony which can fit furniture for four, to enjoy the beautiful weather and views. The gym ...has all types of equipment to meet any athlete's needs. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and patio areas are always clean and welcoming. There is even a wading pool and a playground for the kids. They offer after school tutoring and sports programs for students. A community calendar is provided each month, and events such as pizza nights or BBQ's ore planned for residents and guests. Almost Perfect in Everyway!!!
July 28, 2015I love the location of my apartment on the grounds and also that it is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Maintenance crew is always outstanding! Appliances could use a little updated...especially the dishwasher . As I have mentioned previously in other reviews. the insulation is not the greatest and it is easy to hear what is going on on the floors above me. July 24, 2015I have lived in the carmels for 3 years and with 2 young boys it has been wonderful. They enjoy the safe and clean play areas as well as the pool. The property is well maintained and I love that all I gave to do is call for any issues to be handled in a timely manner. Santa even visited our unit via the carmels staff. The Perfect Location to Make Home
July 24, 2015Our apartment is centrally located within walking or biking distance to many attractions like shopping, movies, grocery stores and award winning schools. You couldn't ask for a better location, and they say location is everything. We chose this apartment due to it's proximity to so much to do especially the award winning schools, parks and bike trails. You literally have nature right out your front door without the commute! The staff here at Lewis Properties are very professional and easy to work ...with. Of course as with everything and living in an apartment community, it is not perfect. The staff here try very hard to make the residents comfortable though and if a problem arises, they do their best to take care of it and resolve it as soon as possible.
