The security here is a joke. car thefts, people climbing onto other residents’ balconies…. The quality of certain residents is seriously disturbing.
I have developed severe insomnia and depression from living here. I cannot sleep at night because of the constant noise from my neighbors. And when you file a complaint? The leasing office is completely useless. They do absolutely nothing but tell you that’s “normal living noise” and send you a long police that says if you live ...
in an apartment you will have to torture the noise, basically just tell you to shut up and deal with it yourself.
They randomly raised rent by $300 with zero explanation and zero notice. No warning. Nothing.
Don’t let the ‘smart home’ features fool you. The building’s structure is absolute garbage! you can hear every single move your upstairs neighbor makes. And yes, they can hear yours too.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will regret it.
