    Moved In last summer and it has been a great experience for the most part ! Minor issues for the property but my issues have been addressed and fixed ! The Property Staff and Manager have been very transparent and active throughout my leasing term here. Definitely renewing !

  • Improper Upkeep and Management

    I enjoyed my first few months here, but then the complex was sold to a new company. Management doesn’t manage current residents properly and instead prioritizes new and prospective ones. Maintenance orders are the only way to get a hold of someone. The property is poorly maintained, with frequently broken security gates, overflowing trash and brown grass. I do like that the complex has a lot of open space and is dog friendly, but many residents don’t pick up after pets. Gym is nice though there ...
    is broken equipment. It’s no longer worth the rent increase so I’ll be moving once my lease is up.

    Moved in when they were first built, started off bad & went down hill from there. The gate breaks every few months. The leasing people talk to you like your stupid. Maintenance knock once & immediately start unlocking the door! These apartments are poorly built, you can hear EVERYthing your neighbors say & they have the nerve to increase rent by $400! Dont move here.

    After I was approved my move-in process was really rocky I was bounced around from person to person an apartment to apartment finally got my keys almost at closing time. These apartments are really pretty and everything brand new. Only dislike is that after you move in you are told that you can only have two options of chairs selected by the owner to put on your patio area, that’s even if you have a patio area because not everyone does. I feel like if I’m paying The amount of rent I’m paying ...
    that I should be able to choose my patio chairs of my choice. Management says it’s not them it’s the owner and he wants the community to be in uniform. Only other thing is I wish the apartments were a tad bit bigger for the price. Otherwise besides My neighbors weed smell the apartment is just fine.
