Rip Off
September 22, 2022And there is no insulation you can literally hear the neighbors cell phone vibrating. Asked for 9 months to have air conditioner fixed and it never was. Cheaply put together. The pool is never open. It's running more like a jail than your home! Any sort of discrepancy and you are thrown out. If you are late on your rent three times your lease will not be renewed. Do not recommend this piece there's garbage everywhere and personally besides maybe three other residents it was very uncomfortable ...because nobody speaks to you even if you speak to them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Property manager is a liar
June 17, 2021Called on a Tuesday to set up a time to see a 3 bedroom. Was promised to see a 3 bedroom that was unfinished. Got to the property on Thursday, was shown a 4 bedroom. Asked to see a 3 bedroom, and was told to come back in an hour or so to see a 3 bedroom and was shown another 4 bedroom. When I asked to see a 3 bedroom I was told he didn’t have any 3 bedrooms available to see. Called him to explain why I would not be applying and he hung up on me. My fiancé called to see if he would set up a time ...to see a 3 bedroom for her, and he hung up on her without even getting her name or a time. He proceeded to call us back to say we were disconnected, and hung up on us again!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
